LEGAL
Terms
Launch checklist: replace the operator placeholders below with your real legal/business details before enabling production payments.
Operator
BRIK.LOL is operated by [LEGAL NAME / COMPANY — REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH], contact [LEGAL EMAIL — REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH].
What a paid pull buys
A paid pull buys participation in the current BRIK tower and, once successfully processed, a permanent project record containing the submitted name, color and approved branding fields. It does not buy ownership of the website, a financial asset, guaranteed traffic, search ranking, impressions or clicks.
Game outcome
The selected BRIK can survive or cause the current tower to collapse. There is no cash prize or redeemable prize. The outcome does not change the purchased advertising/record service. Free pulls may use the same outcome mechanics.
Pricing
Each new tower starts at US $1 for the first paid pull and increases by US $1 after each finalized paid pull unless the live page clearly states otherwise. Free and administrative test pulls do not represent paid revenue. Taxes, when enabled through Stripe, may be collected as shown at checkout.
Brand content
You must have the right to submit the name, logo, URLs and other content you upload. Illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, malware-related or otherwise abusive content may be hidden without altering the historical game move. User links are treated as user-generated content.
Payments and reservations
BRIK serializes live moves. A selected BRIK is reserved while its Stripe Checkout is active inside BRIK's reservation window. Expired or stale checkouts may be cancelled; if a stale payment is nevertheless confirmed after the game state has moved on, BRIK is designed to refund that payment automatically.
Refunds
Completed digital services are generally intended to be final, subject to mandatory consumer law and operator discretion. Administrative refunds may hide branding while leaving the historical tower move intact. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Availability
BRIK is an experimental internet product. The operator may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal or abuse reasons. No uptime or traffic guarantee is made.
Fairness
Each tower publishes a cryptographic commitment to its hidden seed. The seed is revealed after collapse. The documented physics version and tower-specific risk multiplier are fixed at tower creation.
